Subprocessors
A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf. This page lists every one we use, what it is used for, and, importantly, which deployments it applies to.
Self-hosted deployments: no subprocessors
In a self-hosted deployment, which is our default and the mode used for our current enterprise engagements, SynOS runs inside the customer's own infrastructure. Customer data does not reach SynOS Labs LLP, and no subprocessor of ours touches it.
Any model provider, cloud or storage used by such a deployment is selected and contracted by the customer, and is the customer's subprocessor, not ours.
1. Environments operated by SynOS Labs LLP
These apply only where a customer uses the hosted multi-tenant environment at app.synos.in, or a dedicated instance we manage on their behalf.

Customers on these modes can request the specific hosting region, the exact model providers enabled on their tenant, and written confirmation of both, at any time.
2. Business operations and website
These apply to everyone who contacts us or visits synos.in, regardless of deployment mode. They process business contact data and website usage data, not customer workspace content.

3. Changes to this list
We update this page when the list changes. Unless the signed agreement provides otherwise, customers under contract are notified of any new subprocessor that would process their data at least 30 days before it is engaged, through the contact channel in the agreement, and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
